Lutterworth Ford is a Ford Retail Dealership located in the market town of Lutterworth and is situated right in the centre of the UK, easily accessible from the M1 and M6.

The company was formed in 1993 by James Peake and his family and soon became the number 1 vehicle retailer for the area and today boasts to be the only dealership in the area to offer the complete motoring package, the Company has built an enviable reputation for customer service.

The company has grown with its reputation and has a large choice of used cars the majority hand picked by James directly from Ford Motor Company many of which have been used by Fords management team and have superb specification and represent large savings off new price.

Recent Developments

In 2009 the Peugeot brand was added when the company was granted Authorized Repairer Status by Peugeot with the Launch of Whittle Peugeot to look after Peugeot owners who found themselves with out Peugeot service centre when the Peugeot dealership closed.

In 2010 Lutterworth Bodyshop had a large investment with the purchase of a state of the art spray booth this enables us to meet all the latest environmental issues now and moving forward through this new decade. We extended the premised with the addition of two extra work bays, to allow it offer a first class repair facility to its customers who are unlucky enough to damage their vehicle.

Service & Repair Centre

Our service centre includes 8 work bays equipped with hydraulic ramps and one dedicated MOT bay. The Service centre and rapid fit has 8 fully trained technicians all having attended manufacturer training courses, the department is managed by our service manager Peter Knill who himself has over 40yrs experience with in the industry, in total the department has over 200yrs combined experience.

Lutterworth

Lutterworth itself sits at the centre of England and for century's has been at the centre of the national road network, now the M1, M6 and A14 are all within 6 miles. In times gone by it was on the principal coach routes, even back to the Roman times when the Fosse Way and Ermine Street passed near by. The name of Lutterworth is probably derived from the Old Norse name "Lutter's Vordig" meaning Luther's Farm and it was mentioned in the great Domesday Book of 1086. The town was granted its Market Charter in 1214 by King John and continues to hold a market to this day every Thursday.
